Disclosure Policy
This blog is a personal blog written and edited by me (Rhiannon Murrie). The views and opinions expressed on this blog are purely my own, or on the odd occasion we have a guest author then the views published are their own (such as our Accredited Dietician Emily Currie). I am not compensated to provide opinions on products, services, websites or various other topics. I am also not a professional athlete or personal trainer and therefore any fitness advice given is performed at your own risk. The advice I give is based on my own experience. You should check with your doctor or physiotherapist before performing any exercises you are unsure about. This blog does not contain any content which might present a conflict of interest.
This blog may accept forms of income through third party advertising, affiliate link sales or other forms of compensation. I will only ever recommend products to you through affiliate links that I use and love myself. An affiliate link is where, if you click on a link for a product from this website and buy a product, I receive a small commission from the company for sending you their way. This helps me to buy enough tea to maintain this site 🙂 I will only ever endorse products or services that I believe, based on my experience, are worthy of such endorsement. Any product claim, statistic, quote or other representation about a product or service should be verified with the manufacturer or provider.
Any compensation received will never influence the content, topics or posts made in this blog. All advertising is in the form of advertisements generated by a third party ad network (Google AdSense). Those advertisements will be identified as paid advertisements.
